LabVeda exists to get analytical scientists unstuck. When a method stops behaving, the problem is rarely that the answer is unknown — it is that the answer is scattered across handbooks, vendor notes, half-remembered training and a forum thread from 2011. We pull it into one place and make it usable at the bench.
We work across HPLC, UHPLC, LC–MS, GC, GC–MS, IC and IC–MS, and the analytical chemistry that surrounds them: method development and validation, reagent preparation, and the calculations you need to get right before anything else can work.

The Knowledge Hub
Our written guides are built to answer a specific question a practitioner actually has, rather than to cover a topic in the abstract. If you came for a number, a decision or a diagnosis, it is near the top of the page. Where a recommendation depends on your column, your matrix, your instrument or your regulatory context, we say so — a rule that quietly fails in your system is worse than no rule at all.
A place to ask
Some problems do not match anything written down. Our forums are there for those — a place to describe what you are seeing and get a considered answer from people who have met it before. Membership is free, and we run occasional events and Q&A sessions for the same reason.
How we work
Where a page states a specific value — an atomic weight, a working pH range, a compendial limit — it carries a citation to the source that states it. If a number cannot be verified against a source that actually says it, we rewrite the claim rather than dress it up. Practical bench knowledge that is craft rather than published fact is included, and labelled as such.
LabVeda is independent. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or paid by any instrument, column or reagent manufacturer, and we carry no advertising or affiliate links today; if that changes it will be disclosed here first. We use AI in research, drafting and quality control, but nothing publishes unreviewed and numerical claims are checked against primary sources.
